  A lot of us love trends, we love to keep abreast with whatever is happening around us, For some of us, the latest fashion always finds their way to our wardrobe we just want to look trendy.  We partake in social media activities, tweeting and retweeting, sharing and joining up online challenges; I love the online space.   Sometime ago, I wrote an article about ‘the enemy within’, I discovered that the enemy within is much more subtle, twice smart, more dangerous and unfortunately, we can be much more vulnerable to them than we are to the whips of the many enemies outside.
